Hello? Is Anyone There?!?

Been awhile, huh? Sorry for my blog silence…in all honesty I haven’t had much to report. Due to scheduling conflicts we haven’t met with C for awhile. I’m hoping in the coming weeks we can set something up. We have 3 more lessons with her and then we’ll be done and it’s up to us to setup a testing time. C thinks we’ll be ready by the time the 3 lessons are complete. I’m worried, but if you know me then you know that I’m always worried. I’ve gotten better in my worrying as I’ve gotten older, but it’s still there. Probably why I’ve been worried lately is because I haven’t been keeping up with Georgia’s training very well. I’ve been busy at work and doing things around the house. Also, my sister and her family have been in town and so I wanted to spend as much time with them as possible. These sound like excuses, but it’s the truth…so think what you will.

I really need to work on getting her to stay and of course NOT jumping when people come over! It’s like she just can’t help it, but I know that’s not true. She knows better and can be trained to stop. She’s just so happy to have visitors! She’s been real good with my niece, L, who is 17 months, but Georgia’s tail is a hazard…L got a tail to the face more than once. It didn’t seem to bother her as she has a dog bigger than Georgia at home.

Really, there isn’t much else. Georgia is happy, sweet and healthy and for that I’m very grateful; she just needs her mom to get it in gear! She’s not digging this heat and neither am I but we’ll take this over ice and snow anytime! Hope all is well with everyone!! Enjoy your day!
